Wright Financial Solutions Ltd has a full Financial Advice Provider Licence, and is a family-owned business and was established in 2001 and Wright Business Solutions Ltd was established 2014 with both companies trading as Wright Financial. Together under the brand of Wright Financial these companies and their advisers provide a wide range of personalised financial solutions to both retail and commercial clients.

These solutions range from personal and commercial mortgages to personal and business life and health insurance as well as short to long term, retirement, and investment planning. Wright Financial advisers are devoted to their clients and can work with you to develop the best financial plan that suits you, your family or your business’s needs, goals and objectives.

Kathy Wright-St Clair

Kathy is the founder of Wright Financial Solutions Ltd established 2001 t/a Wright Financial, which is a proudly New Zealand owned family business. Under changing regulations, from March 2022 Wright Financial Solutions Ltd holds a full FAP licence: Class 2 – for Financial Services approved by the Financial Markets Authority (FMA), to enable the company to continue operating and for Kathy to continue practicing in the Insurance, Mortgages and Investment/ KiwiSaver markets.

Kathy is a Financial Adviser, in accordance with the Financial Advisers Act 2008 and has 25+ years experience in the Financial Services Industry. Kathy has extensive experience working within Personal Insurance, Mortgage Broking, and Investment Planning / KiwiSaver markets.

Having worked with many clients through their changing lives, starting with Insurance and Mortgages then showing them how to become mortgage free and on to Investing. Kathy is constantly working with the next generation from her original clients to now help them achieve their financial goals.

Jared Wright-St Clair

Jared, also a second generation Wright Financial adviser, has over 15 years of experience in Business-to-Business (B2B ) relationships, specialising in manufacturing and distribution. Jared’s knowledge and background in account management and business development has helped him develop a solid foundation of building mutually beneficial relationships created through respect and trust.

Jared delivers an honest, real, and practical skill-set to both our team and his clients. The client relationships he establishes, is about achieving their Financial Goals and Protection. Jared is currently a Financial Adviser endorsing personalised service for clients requiring Mortgage and Risk Advice with a specialty in Business Risk.

With Jared’s continuing dedication and work ethic he was nominated at the National Conference of PAA for Young Adviser of the for 2017.

Owen Williams

Office Manager / Adviser Support

Owen is the Office Manager / Adviser Support at Wright Financial. Most of our clients will talk to Owen, as he books most of the appointments for our advisers and will call clients to book in their reviews.
Owen manages our database management system, using his attention for detail and great skills to ensure this is accurate and up-to-date, as well as supporting our advisers to ensure our clients enquires are processed in a timely manner.

Kelly Wright-St Clair

Administrator / Adviser Support

Kelly comes with twenty plus years’ experience in Business Administration and joined our team in 2021 and is based at our Te Awamutu branch. She is an effective Administrator / Adviser Support and assists the Financial Advisers throughout their busy days.
